Our Story: Empowering Youth Through Arts and Entrepreneurship

Founded in 2025 by sisters Margo and Joy, ArtVantage Inc. was born from our lifelong love for the arts and a shared passion for helping children grow through creativity. From starting an all-girls fashion and modeling dance program in 2016 to expanding into daycare and preschool dance classes, we've seen firsthand how the arts can transform children's self-esteem, confidence, and social skills. In 2018, we opened our own dance studio, where we teach children ages two and up.

Having served over 5,000 children, we recognized that many families face financial barriers to accessing the arts. This led us to create ArtVantage, a nonprofit dedicated to providing creative opportunities for every child, regardless of their background. Through our programs in dance, music, fashion, and entrepreneurship, we empower children to build confidence, creativity, and leadership skills that will serve them for a lifetime. We offer free and discounted classes to ensure that financial limitations do not prevent any child from participating in our programs.

For the past two years, we’ve been visiting high schools, offering entrepreneurship workshops to teens. These programs equip them with valuable real-world business skills, fostering innovation and leadership. By combining arts education with entrepreneurship training, we are preparing youth to thrive as creators and leaders in their communities.

We’ve partnered with Burlington for back-to-school fashion shows, provided backpacks to children in need, and volunteered in our community to help spread access to the arts. As a nonprofit, we’re excited to expand our reach, helping even more children discover their creative potential and entrepreneurial spirit.
